Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently offer shipping to North America, the USA, and Oceania. EU shipping has been temporarily paused due to new GPSR requirements.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tamlyn Michelle Designs® is not responsible for delays due to customs.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our standard processing time from the date of order is 1-3 business days.

For UK orders:

Once shipped the order should arrive within 2-5 days.

For Worldwide orders:

Once shipped the order should arrive within 6-7 working days. Please allow for potential delays during peak seasons, and customs clearance.

Do you have any discount codes?

Yes, we do! We frequently offer our newsletter subscribers exclusive discounts.

Our newsletter is a great way to stay updated on new product releases, gain exclusive newsletter offers and freebies. Don't worry, we won't spam you with unnecessary emails.

Do you accept returns?

We do. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If the purchase is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any issues.
